Cranberry Almond Quinoa

For this healthy dish, you will need: ½ cup quinoa, ½ cube of chicken stock, cinnamon powder, salt, ¼ cup roasted almonds flaked, ¼ cup dried cranberries and 1 cup of boiled water.

Now that you have all the ingredients ready, you can start by soaking the quinoa in cold water for about two hours.
